Text in Ukrainian. Color pencils on paper. 7-1/4 x 5-1/4 in. On the reverse: constructivist sketches (probably poster design). [Sedliar, Vasyl' (1899-1938): Ukrainian Soviet painter and graphic artist. Member of the avant-garde group 'Boichukisty'. Exhibited in 1927 (Kharkov) with Tatlin; in 1929 (Amsterdam) with Klutsis, Favorsky; in 1930 (Berlin) with Malevich; in 1931 (Paris) with Lissitzky, Popova (p/h), Rodchenko, etc.]
