Ink, pencil, white on thick paper. 7-1/8' x 10-3/8'. Author's monogram. [Ke-Sha or Proskuriakov, Innokenty (1901-1960): Soviet graphic artist. Lived in Kharkov (Ukraine) and in Moscow. Studied from Ermilov and Padalka. Posters, caricatures, book illustrations. Exhibited in 1929 (Kharkov, Erevan) with Ermilov, Benois, Grigoriev, Dobuzhinsky, Lebedev, Puni (Pougny), Favorsky, Chekhonin; in 1932 (Moscow) with Deineka, Klutsis, Moor, Stenberg, Cheremnykh, etc.]
