Bialik [Byalik, Bialyk], Hayyim [Hayim, Chaim, Haim, Khaim] Nahman [Nakhman] (1873-1934)

A famous (Russian-Ukrainian)-Jewish poet who wrote in Hebrew. Bialik was one of the pioneers of modern Hebrew poetry and came to be recognized as Israel's national poet.
