Five documents are in Russian, another five with the same text in French. Folio (12-3/8" x 7-3/8"). Each of 10 separately titled and paginated. The French titles are:

We assume that was given to attendee at the ceremonies of coronation, however there are no previous owner names or other written provenance evident.
